Herpes From A Bed Wetter

Compering For School Annual Day

NATO bases: ORGANIZATION OF WAR AND TERROR

Economically through institutions like the IMF and World Bank policies through different regional organizations, the Western alliance on the military is deployed in battle and his fortified building the NATO system. Contrary to what is generally established and accepted, NATO was created against a possible threat posed by the USSR, but was founded with aggressive goals six years before the establishment of the Warsaw Pact.
NATO's goal was to nell'accerchiamento military in the aggression and subversion in the same time, without excluding the use of force against the Soviet Union ed il blocco dell’Est, serviva infatti allo stesso tempo per reprimere l'opposizione interna nei paesi capitalisti occidentali.
La NATO, costituita nel 1949 da 12 paesi come "organizzazione di difesa regionale”, si ampliò rapidamente ad altri paesi occidentali e, dopo l’affondamento USSR and the Eastern bloc, the organization became "global" in 26 countries, some of which have been the old Eastern bloc.
In a document entitled "Strategic Concept for the XXI Century", adopted in 1999 in a meeting organized for the 50th anniversary of NATO, it is clear that NATO is "global military organization." With that, a lie duration of fifty years has been clearly recognized and acknowledged that this organization had a clear objective, which consisted in the destruction of socialism and the Soviet Union, in contradiction with the fundamental principles of the UN, it was not, therefore, "an organization regional defense. "
NATO today is the armed wing of the global war of the capitalists and imperialists, a huge war machine that has a budget of 1,500 billion Euros, 22,000 employees and an army of 60,000 men, is ready to intervene at any time, and after the change in strategy, NATO is organizing the operations and interventions well beyond the range established by its founding (Afghanistan, former Yugoslavia, Somalia, and indirectly in Iraq, Sudan, etc.).. Currently NATO has dozens of military bases planted in several countries, hundreds of nuclear warheads and bombs, weapons of mass destruction, biological and conventional. and try to expand this organization to enforce thus, permanently, by force, their order.
The financial crisis that has ravaged the social and economic world and that is getting worse day by day, leading to increased tensions and increasingly militaristic: the threat of war is palpable.
The world military spending rose in 2007 to 1335 billion dollars. It 'clear that all these weapons are not stored in warehouses for rust. So the idea of \u200b\u200ban exit from the economic crisis through war is to be considered seriously. In

summit organized by the imperialist powers in the 60th anniversary of NATO, is currently being discussed by its enlargement to the East, the deployment anti-missile shield in Poland and the Czech Republic, plans are drawn up against the workers, peoples and oppressed nations, and also against imperialist forces rivals.

The members of the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organisations (ICMLPO), appeal to all progressive forces and workers of the world to participate in protests organized on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of NATO, to take part in the event Joint scheduled for April 4 in the city of Strasbourg, France.

Stop the militarization, reduction in military spending, and that this money is used to meet the needs of peoples and young people!

Decommissioning military bases, destruction of nuclear weapons!

Withdrawal of NATO occupation forces!

Dissolution of NATO military organization of aggression!

EU-NATO-USA: ALLIANCE OF THE CENTURY for global domination

Rick Rozoff © Stop NATO, 2009 With the reintegration of France to NATO's military command after a break of 33 years, which will be formalized this year 's at the NATO summit in Strasbourg, is also updated the Strategic Concept of 1999 with greater emphasis sull'integrzione NATO-EU-US military. Intensified by the Union To create a European rapid deployment of forces, 60,000 troops, their battle groups and their members for use in the Nordic countries in the world, we urgently need a revision resulting from the mutual relations between the three main centers of Western economic power, political and military - the EU, NATO and the United States.
* The development of military capabilities ever more ambitious competition with NATO, if not a challenge direct the Agency and the transatlantic strategic alliance with Washington.
* NATO is an antidote multilaterale, all'unilateralismo degli Stati Uniti.

Over the past five years, Malta was only a small military contingent serving under NATO in Afghanistan, the Balkans or elsewhere.
Of the 26 NATO member states, only Norway, the United States, Canada and Iceland, the last three are not in Europe and thus do not benefit because they are not in the European Union.
The three crucial players may occasionally "quibble" about the tactical, technical and timing of secondary importance but are held together with regard to responsible and strategic concerns.
The EU and NATO members were openly military members since 1992, when they signed the "Berlin Plus" agreement on the sharing of joint military activities. Even

EU states not yet members of NATO are concerned the subordination of the continent for the block in the Charter of the Strategic Alliance of 1999, still in force, states that the nuclear arsenals of the United States, in particular, but also of the United Kingdom and France, "are essential to preserve peace" and are "an essential element of political and military link between European and American members of the Alliance."

As the events of 1989-1991 led to the collapse of order after the Second World War in Europe and the world, the dissolution of the Warsaw Pact and Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (Comecon) the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the violent fragmentation of Yugoslavia, make that the major Western powers to resume immediately the plans for world domination stopped after the two world wars and, after learning from his actions, most recently set up a building to share the loot from around the world, not only the host of its former colonies, territories, protectorates and mandates, but the parts of the world than ever before had at its disposal, including the former Soviet Union.

This confirms a statement by NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, for almost four years

NATO and the European Union are making enough progress in the coordination of modern military capabilities. I am optimistic that we can expand our cooperation in other areas where we have a security policy, where we can complement and reinforce our mutual commitment. And that is ... functional areas such as the Caucasus and Central Asia. "(The NATO International, March 31, 2005). Two months after the Secretary of State.

Nicholas Burns, who arrived in the place, having been U.S. ambassador to NATO, he used a 'similar formula:" to have welcomed please 's invitation by the Secretary General of NATO, Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, the alliance el' European Union to strengthen cooperation to ensure the security of NATO beyond the borders in Europe, Africa and Central Asia. "(Associated Press, May 26, 2005)
Burns explained the proposal of division of labor, at least from the perspective of Washington:

" Let's see if we get it. NATO carries out the major military operations, and manages the EU's peacekeeping operations ... "

Meanwhile, in April 2005, the then German Defence Minister Peter Struck, speaking at a European conference on security in Berlin, stressed the point, saying that" It would be wrong to see the development of European defense capability separately on the progress within NATO, and added that both NATO and the European Union are struggling to be the best prepared for missions outside of the area in an attempt to adapt to rapid change in security. "(Deutsche Welle, April 13, 2005)

In other words, the EU and NATO have determined that all but the western hemisphere, which presumably belongs to the United States (although there were still members of NATO participate individually, separately and collectively) to participate in a hunt for military deployments.

Another round quality to the international situation after 1991, and a return to the times of colonial ambitions and pretensions of the West, the diplomacy of the cannon and guns pointed against the "natives subversive".
In reality, the era of post-Cold War is essentially a return to Europe, the West in general and much of the world in terms of influence of the NATO member states not only to the status quo ante, before the Second World War, but further back to 1800 and the flowering of colonial expansion European Union.

Indeed, if not formally the major Western powers have created modern equivalent of the Congress of Vienna of 1815 and the Congress of Berlin in 1878.

The first took place towards the end of the Napoleonic wars, with the imminent defeat of Napoleon at Waterloo and established the foundation of the Holy Alliance and the new order that is to be ensured is that the throne of Europe will never be again threatened by the republicanism.
The second model, that of the Congress of Berlin, was the opening to redraw borders in the Balkans and the beginning of the dispute, and the race start for Africa, which will be launched in earnest six years later in At the Berlin Conference. similarities between then and the current period do not require much comment, as they are obvious. The Berlin conference, attended by representatives of Austria-Hungary, Belgium, Britain, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Prussia, Spain, Norway and Sweden, opened across Africa, particularly the Congo River basin and the Great Lakes is the most brutal and cynical looting and robbery.

He is also a common prototype for military attacks and economic groups, Western Europeans, virtually defenseless against the nations, who have not had time to be replicated in China in 1900 invaded by military forces of Austria-Hungary, Britain, France , Germany, Italy, Japan, Russia and the United States to suppress the Boxer Rebellion and Western economic interests.

To demonstrate how the past is now present, in an article written in common, HDI Times of London last June, George Robertson and Paddy Ashdown, is discussed below, nno has stated that "the multilateral co-operation in Europe ... implies more cooperation for the defense if you want to be taken seriously. The impulse to create battle groups of the EU should be accelerated, consistent with the reaction forces of NATO, should form the basis of a European capacity for emerging capable of operating in so-called "failed states and post-conflict environments." (The Times, June 12, 2008)

The document, in fact, a clear call to action for the military elite West, also includes the observation that "... This is essential if we are called to extend the authority of some non-government sector, that globalization is helping to generate."

The article culminates in this analysis, rude and just as revealing:

"For the first time in more than 200 years we are moving towards a world that is not totally dominated by the 'West. If we want to influence this environment rather than being extorted money from it, if it is assumed that there are some worrying features of globalization, multilateralism, practical, is a strategic necessity ... "Anyone in
world, believes that the desire of the great Western powers and their ruling class to take, gather and expand the global domination, is a necessity, the plan is very strategic. Unlike

of obscure academic digressions that reshape the world and its national divisions in the quiet of their minds and sit comfortably in the chairs of the university library, the statement in The Times appeared because their authors are anything but not some abstract theoretical, historical or political philosophers. They are important architects and executors of the relentless category they belong to, both marked by the post-war (Cold War), or as they themselves the present the post-modern laboratory, which were the Balkans in the 90s. Lord George Robertson is Secretary of Defense and British baron.
Port Ellen is secretary general of NATO from 1999 to 2004, succeeding Javier Solana, who has become a High Representative for Common Foreign and Security and the Secretary General of the 'European Union and the Western European Union. In fact, the foreign minister of democratic values.

Paddy Ashdown was the international High Representative for Bosnia-Herzegovina from September 2002 until May 2006, with apparent arbitrariness, despotism, and ferocity that earned him the title of Viceroy of informal another era, almost without doubt, because his father was an officer in the British colonial service in India, the mission and style of Ashdown son not only evoked the colonial past, but it is emblematic of its current revival.

For nearly four years, the International Commission on the Balkans, based - among others - from the U.S. Marshall Fund of Germany, issued a fierce critic of the policies of the EU and the United Nations in the Balkans.
"The Commission argues that democracy has been stifled in Bosnia "on the part of 'coercive authority" of Paddy Ashdown, High Representative for the EU.
"The international representatives, the Committee said," dabble in social engineering, " but they are not held accountable if their policies have failed. If the neo-colonial regime is rooted in Europe, encourage economic discontent ...'" (International Herald Tribune, April 29, 2005)

As a reward for this, a year ago, Ashdown has been promoted as the successor of 'former head of its father in the Indian subcontinent, to know what the press at the time called the "super envoy" for Afghanistan, a document that describes in these terms:

"The proposed role would mean that Lord Ashdown is what will unify the efforts of NATO and the United Nations in Afghanistan. It is believed that NATO officials sostegono his candidacy for this has an exceptional power "(The Telegraph, December 6, 2007).

The Afghan government has proved less enthusiastic about the role of Ashdown in the Western press, and has not given the job, showing temperament 'pre-modern' of Afghan people. The adjective will be explained later.

Ashdown has stated that the Afghan government or the government knew before, was the 'post-modern' 's former British diplomat Cardinal Richelieu to Louis XVIII and Tony Blair on Foreign Affairs, Robert Cooper. The eminence grise in question is the author of two books: "The Post-Modern State and the World Order" (The post-modern state and world order 2000) and "The Breaking of Nations: Order and Chaos in the Twenty-First Century" (The rupture of Nations: Order and chaos in the twenty-first century 2003), and has contributed a version of the first series, "Re-Ordering the World: The Long-Term Implications of September 11 "(Re-Ordering the World: The long-term implications of September 11).

Cooper has been characterized as the father of the "new liberal imperialism" and was for a short period of Tony Blair's special representative in Afghanistan after the 2001 invasion.
As Robertson and Ashdown, has played a role in enforcement and in developing strategies and rationalizations of imperial policies.

Dopo Ashdown ha rifiutato la possibilità to continue the family tradition in Afghanistan, working as right hand man, Javier Solana and General Director of Politico-Military Affairs and the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, a position he still retains.

Cooper also believes that played a decisive role in European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP, in short), initially introduced as a European identity in security and defense at the meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Berlin in 1996 where it was agreed that the Western European Union (WEU) will oversee the creation within the structures of NATO.

The ESDP is now effectively run by the High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Council of the European Union, Javier Solana, whose leader Cooper is a lieutenant. The ESDP was first tested on the ground in Macedonia in 2003, when NATO and has remained the main arm of defense of the armed forces of the European Union.

Macedonia, the second victim of the NATO war against Yugoslavia in 1999, was the prototype for the representation from the European Union occupation forces and interdiction of NATO and the former succeeded to EUFOR mission Concord ' Operation Allied Harmony in the latter.
In 2004, NATO once again delivered a protectorate in Bosnia, as part of the Stabilisation Force (SFOR) for the EU and EUFOR Althea.
In 2008, NATO began the transition of command of the Kosovo Force (KFOR), and permitted only in accordance with UN Resolution 1244, the Mission Governatica the Law of the EU (EULEX), causing severe sentences for Serbia and Russia.
Last November, NATO has given the wide maritime interdiction operation of EUNAVFOR Atalanta in the Gulf of Aden and the Horn of Africa to the European Union, which has been described as "something completely new for the European Union because it takes place far from Europe itself ... HRFOR Atalanta is an ambitious project. The area of \u200b\u200bsea, which must be controlled is enormous ... "(Radio Netherlands, November 21 2008)
The "civilizing mission" of the joint project 'EU and NATO in areas not covered in the pre-modern and modern grows steadily.

During this month, Giampaolo Di Paola, Chairman of NATO's Military Committee, declined in the triadic mission details on the global US-NATO-EU, implying the need for a new form of global governance in which NATO, the 'EU and other international organizations should play an important role. "(AND Kronos International [Italy], February 13, 2009)
is worth examining in depth the nature of global government to say who are the self-appointed guardians.

Officials in Brussels and Washington calling for regular The term "international community" when it suits them and with the same regularity ignore the will of the true community of nations, when the connviene.
The population of all 27 EU member states is less than 500 million, less than one twelfth of mankind.

If NATO to include data that are not members of the European Union - United States of America whose inhabitants 300,000,000 representing 40% of the community of 'EU, Canada, Norway and Iceland, the total is just over 800,000,000, less than one-seventh of 'humanity.
The main countries of the 'EU and European members of NATO are former colonial powers - Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and Denmark, and the second largest contingent of 'a place in the sun' in Belgium, Italy and Germany.

Starting with trade missions, which soon became monopolies, including shortly after military outposts, and finally an economic subjugation, political and military value, the major Western powers were handed out large portions of territory in Asia, Africa, North, Central and South America and Oceania all sectors and their respective spheres of influence.
Many member states of NATO and the European Union still maintain the guise of the struggle for the world, especially abroad and in other domains are not contiguous, particularly the islands, seized the indigenous inhabitants.
Portogallo, Olanda, Danimarca and the United States later.

One of the tacit foundations of the transatlantic community.
terms and concepts obsolete and no longer value as the "White Man's Charge, the Manifest Destiny," a place in the sun "Lebensraum [living space] and" empire where the sun never sets "have been abandoned, but not the underlying vision of the world geopolitical and objects that are causing them and their place in other forms have been redesigned in the last generation.

military forces have returned to Western nations that have believed to be rid of them ever, for example, British troops have returned to Afghanistan, Iraq and Sierra Leone, the French in Haiti, returning the bicentenary of its independence from France and Côte d'Ivoire, U.S. forces are back in the Philippines.
not just a sum of individual actions of Western powers allies that has emerged, but a systematic link with international implementations planned and coordinated with specific and broad geo-strategic objectives.

Despite the much-publicized differences of opinion regarding the invasion of Iraq in 2003, all 26 NATO members have sent military personnel to neighboring Iraq and Kuwait as part of the training mission, NATO in Iraq.

Less than two years after the invasion, the 'Alliance has announced that "NATO's goal is to train This year 1,000 security officers and medium-high "and" The European Union has decided to train some 700 judges, prosecutors and prison guards. '(San Francisco Chronicle, March 21, 2005)

Then, in 2005, the then U.S. ambassador to NATO, Victoria Nuland, former security advisor now former Vice President Dick Cheney said: "We need to eliminate once and for all the rivalry, some real, some imaginary, between the EU and NATO. "

His comments were characterized by a military siege on the Internet, claiming that "NATO and the European Union (EU) should establish a dialogue much deeper than in the past to address the wide range of military issues, political, equipment, financing before the transatlantic security community ... "(Defense News, September 23, 2005)

The first U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan after the invasion of 2001, James Dobbins, who was then director of the Center for International Security Policy and Defence Policy at the Rand Corporation, reflects a similar attitude to the press that "the time has come, therefore, to stop asking what it can do for NATO, the EU, and start asking what the EU can do for NATO. And the 'Afghanistan is the place to start. This could be done in a better way trialaterale with a dialogue between NATO, the European Union European Union and the United States "(International Herald Tribune, September 30, 2005).

To prove the triangle even better EU-NATO-US, only concern the events on the European continent, a month after the observations of Dobbins, Julianne Smith, deputy director programs to international security think tank the U.S. Center for Strategic International Studies, complains in a conference by that body:

"Yes, consult to the Balkans, but not enough. NATO and the EU should speak of non-proliferation, the Caucasus, Ukraine, and Moldova - the whole affair. "(Defense News, October 14, 2005.) Klaus Naumann, former head of NATO's Military Committee, spoke at a conference and revealed that what was sought was to deplore that "Europe was again haunted by the ghosts of sovereignty" with what he wanted to say that the love for their country and people is an obstacle to further consolidate the domain dell'Otan and the EU in Europe and beyond.

A month later, Javier Solana, former NATO Secretary General, said the expansion plans of military installations and the European Union's global action plans "have not had to deal with the replacement of NATO," instead "to become a stronger player, more capable, and a better partner for the United States," citing the Balkans, as the original testing ground for the triumvirate, "Through our concerted efforts with the United States and NATO ..." (Defense News, 10 November 2005)

The following month the said Klaus Naumann wrote an editorial that contains the statement that "... L 'EU should take measures to improve their ability to conduct operations. A new battle group of the EU must be strengthened through regular training and certification, preferably using NATO standards ... "(Daily Times [Pakistan], 1 December 2005)

The article states that "the two agencies should expand their strategic dialogue beyond their current focus on the Balkans and Afghanistan" included the same recommendation made previously by Julianne Smith of the EU and NATO, "must manage all their intrusion into other areas, including regions such as Ukraine or Moldova."
The integration of military and foreign policy of 'EU and NATO continues at a rapid pace over the years, reached its climax at the NATO Summit in Bucharest, Romania, in April last year.

At this summit, "the U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO, Victoria Nuland, said that the key to the strengthening of NATO was to build a stronger European Union." ("Der Spiegel", 1st April 2008 )

a period of the host informs país que "has a high responsable afirmado Recientemente estadounidense que, lejos a ser considerada como amenaza para la OTAN, European politics de Seguridad y Defensa (ESDP) consolidada es necesidad inmediata a ..." (Nine O'Clock News, March 31, 2008] A newspaper of the host country, reported that "a senior U.S. said recently that," far from being regarded as a threat to NATO, the European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP) is an immediate need and consolidated ... "(Nine O'Clock News, March 31, 2008]

The EU Presidency is in the hands of France last year and French President Nicolas Sarkozy has been the main proponent axis EU-US-NATO Summit in Bucharest.
Although not its only proponent:

"The U.S. president, George W. Bush supports the idea that Europe must strengthen its defense capabilities, said French President Nicolas Sarkozy, describing him as" a decisive moment in history. "Bush's support for a 'Europe of defense," as he described the involvement of Sarkozy was expressed at a summit of NATO leaders in Bucharest ... "(Deutsche Presse-Agentur, 3 April 2008)
Bush's speech at the summit said that "NATO is no longer a 'static alliance ... is now a' alliance that sent its forces around the world ..." (USA Today, April 1 2008).

His speech also contains complaints and routine application of the law after the Second World War [1945-1991] in Europe, saying: "I said that Europe must withdraw the bitter legacy of Yalta, and remove false boundaries that divided the continent for too long. "
A Romanian news source informed on the relations between the EU and the United States during the summit, saying that" The quality of transatlantic cooperation through a profound transformation, adaptation to new conditions after the Cold War and the preparation of a new type of global cooperation. " (Nine O'Clock News, April 3, 2008)

The same source cited earlier days before reports that the former Rumanian Foreign Minister, Mircea Geoana, said that "it is desirable that the purpose of this summit is to bring about a new covenant ... of the century." (Nine O'Clock News, April 2, 2008)

Two weeks after the end of the summit, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said, warning that NATO is intended to usurp the role and functions of the United Nations ". .. And "an attempt to form a union in the world with a Western core that wants to say almost all functions of the United Nations. "(Interfax, April 17, 2008)

with France as the main intermediary, the Presidency of the European Union announced its intention to join with the military command of NATO, and has accelerated in recent years, the impetus for a symbiosis EU-NATO-US military.

An agency dispatch from the title "France preaches defense of 'the EU, a key element for the future of NATO, the French Defence Minister Herve Morin boasted of wanting to" strengthen the military capabilities of the European Union, a prerequisite because France is fully reintegrate with NATO. " (Agence France-Presse, November 10, 2008)

Morin gave the idea of \u200b\u200bthe pace of military buildup 'in a meeting of EU defense ministers of the EU (for the most part members of the EU and NATO), stated: " I can say that from 10 November ... we un progresso sostanziale econsiderevole, probabilmente, per quanto è accaduto negli ultimi 10 anni. "

Nel dicembre dello scorso anno, il European Council stated the objective of strengthening the EU security and defense [ESDP] to "strengthen the strategic cooperation between the EU and NATO ..." (Irish Times, December 11, 2008)
The source added: "EU leaders are also willing to adopt a declaration on strengthening the capacity of the European Security and Defence [CSDP], setting new targets to ensure that the ' EU to deploy 60,000 soldiers in 60 days and thousands of civilian personnel in at least a dozen simultaneous missions. "

(EUobserver, 12 dicembre 2008)

Il 9 dicembre, il ministro degli Esteri Britain, David Miliband and French Foreign Minister, Bernard Kouchner, have signed, all together, an article that included the confirmation of the EU's role in increasing the war and U.S. military and NATO in the south of the Caucasus and substitutability of roles NATO and the EU: "The European Union has sent more than 200 civilian observers to Georgia. They arrived in a few weeks before the start of hostilities ...

" No such thing as an army European, non c ' NATO is not an army. "

"There are national forces, which are used as needed, both in Europe and in the NATO." (United Kingdom Foreign and Commonwealth Office, December 9, 2008)

In preparation for the summit of the 60th anniversary of NATO on 3-4 April in Strasbourg and Kehl, this month, leaders of both host countries, French President Nicholas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, published a commentary in Le Monde, explaining that joint action requires cooperation and greater integration between the EU and NATO.

the annual security conference in Monaco of Bavaria since 7 February, the British Foreign Secretary David Miliband has called for a clause on the defense (war) of NATO, at the same time pressed for a 'tighter integration of the EU and the policies and actions of the EU and NATO:

"The NATO provides a commitment to collective defense. The guarantees of Article 5 of the integrated military structures for each of our allies to ensure that their borders are inviolable. "(United Kingdom Foreign & Commonwealth Office, February 7, 2009)

The speech of U.S. Vice President , Joe Biden, on the occasion of the conference was played by an 'important German source as follows:

"The Americans will be extremely careful that the confrontation with Tehran is not developing in a battle of' one against the other between the U.S. and Iran. "The message from Biden Monaco of Bavaria is as follows: Each country in NATO and each member of the European Union are involved, starting today. It's the price for the new opening and transatlantic cooperation. "(Der Spiegel, February 9, 2009)

Namely, all the states of NATO with the U.S. are obliged under the provisions of Article 5 (the article was invoked and implemented after September 9, 2001) and the European Union is now so inextricably intertwined with NATO, which will not only continue to follow the policy and actions of NATO, but also the individuality of the U.S..

With New Year, the Czech Republic took over the presidency of the European Union.

In a statement, Vondra called the unity of the 'EU and NATO in the face of Russia's prime minister (...)", Czech Republic Alexandr Vondra added, has organized support for installing the radar of the U.S. missile shield in his country, saying that "Europeans and Americans need to get the same level of protection ..... so it is important to develop missile defense system. " (Deutsche Presse-Agentur, February 7, 2009)

not hard to see how things are going: the EU is integrated with NATO to the point of merging the military policies, programs, security and foreign policy with the Alliance and the United States because it is not only a member, but the central foundation of NATO, the EU is also closely linked, and made subordinate to Washington.

Three days ago, the House majority leader of the United States, Nancy Pelosi,
was in Italy, where he un'appello not just to his guest, but to the whole of Europe with regard to the Afghan war, saying that "We must make a decision ... and I mean us, Italy, EU, U.S., and NATO, all of us, as it is a function of our national security interests ..." (Agence France-Presse, 16 February 2009)

Two days later, Italy announced it would deploy more troops in Afghanistan.

Western powers, united under the banner of NATO arrogate to themselves the prerogative to intervene in regional and internal affairs of nations in worldwide and the exclusive right to use military force beyond its borders.

Even if they speak of "coverage" of the U.S. when it can be used against a nation under attack to justify a war or before or after the fact, managers do not see any role for organizations like the Non-Aligned Movement of 114 states , the 'African Union of 53 nations, the Organization of American States of 33 members, 23 members of the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Conference of 57 nations, the Commonwealth of Independent States post-Soviet era, the' Treaty Organization Collective Security, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization or Associazionde of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).

It will also lead to a further militarization of EU foreign policy and accelerate the tendency to use military force to 'solve' the conflict. "(European Parliament, 17 dfebbraio 2009)

Vatanen Pflüger's positions and not only opposed but mutually exclusive in the sense that none can accept others as they are the only alternatives. There is no neutral ground or a third alternative.

Europe and the world can agree on domination of a military bloc in increasingly aggressive expansion, the first in history, or it may organize attivamente per smantellarlo.

Remington 870 Mcs Capacity

has stopped the expansion of NATO to the east?

di Mauro Gemma

L'esempio dell'Ucraina

In una recente intervista concessa all’agenzia russa Interfax, il Sottosegretario statunitense per gli Affari Politici William Burns torna sulla questione dell’adesione di Ucraina e Georgia alla NATO, ribadendo la tradizionale posizione USA, secondo cui “anche Ucraina e Georgia hanno il diritto di essere membri NATO” since "every sovereign nation has the right to take their own decision and choose their allies."

At the same time, Burns states that when "Ukraine and Georgia not ready for joining NATO, making the final decision on the application for accession to the fact that" all members of NATO agree, and that the citizens of that country, the decision support it. "

that certainly does not escape the cautious approach of the latest "official" to the question of further enlargement of NATO to the east, which captures, as well as that of Burns, also in other recent statements politicians and diplomats, is largely due to the results "disastrous" for the U.S. administration of the Caucasus crisis last summer, which ended with the Georgian side of the provocation to Russia's borders, following the harsh reaction and victorious army of the Kremlin .

E 'in particular from that moment that the U.S. approach to the enlargement of NATO had obviously taken into account (eg, Burns said in his interview) that obviously not all the European NATO partners (in particular, Germany, France and Italy itself, which played a relatively autonomous role in seeking a settlement of the crisis between Russia and Georgia) appaiono disponibili ad acuire gli elementi di tensione con Mosca nell’attuale momento di profonda crisi economica che attraversa il “vecchio Continente” e in una situazione di acuta dipendenza dalle risorse energetiche del mercato russo.

Uno sguardo più attento all’evolversi della situazione in affected areas, should lead to greater caution many enthusiastic supporters of an alleged "vocation" of the new U.S. administration to resolve conflicts ongoing with Russia and with other players on the international scene, which take for granted its unconditional acceptance of horizon of a new multipolar international relations, in which there is no place for adventurous choices that characterized the previous Bush presidency.

If we limit ourselves, for example, to examine some of the developments of events in Ukraine, the largest European country considered to be more strategic to U.S. interests and location, for many years, external pressures and constraints, we can draw the conclusion that the attempt to "force the issue" of his Western orbit integration has certainly not been definitely stopped, that the hopes of accelerating the projects of "colonization" and military subjugation in its time undertaken continue to be grown, taking advantage of the deep economic crisis facing the former Soviet republic to the brink of bankruptcy.

The remarkable development of the anti-NATO (the initiative, in particular, the Communist Party of Ukraine and other leftist forces), to which we have witnessed in recent days, with large demonstrations in different parts of the country ( particularly in the Crimea, scenery potential for a dangerous confrontation between the naval forces of Moscow and Washington), is there to show that awareness of the danger of final submission to the "American car" is present in broad sectors of the Ukrainian public, which certainly has not lowered the guard, even after the advent of Obama for president.

Disclosing uncertainty for a future of "relaxation" of U.S. policy in this area, it appears, for example, the interview with French newspaper Le Figaro, in which, in recent days, the main promoter of foreign policy "democratic "toward the former Soviet world, Zbigniew Brzezinski, has spoken to the opening of "forums for dialogue" with Moscow, but has also indicated that the approach to the negotiations must take place within the context of a conception of relations with Russia and the former USSR, which leaves no room for doubt of interpretation: " The beginning of dialogue with Russia can not be at the cost of limiting the aspirations of those countries who want to join NATO - like Ukraine and Georgia - especially for Ukraine, as a member of NATO, would pave the way for democratization of Russia. " Once again, Ukraine, Georgia (and other states of the former Soviet Union) led by elites loyal to the values \u200b\u200bof "civilizing mission" of U.S. power, integrated militarily in the imperialist bloc, is the guarantor of U.S. interests against Russia reduced to a more merciful and willing to deal with (or rather, to work) under the conditions imposed. E ', among other things, not without significance that the interview was broadcast simultaneously to the spread of rumors about the appointment of the son of the same Brzezinski ambassador to Warsaw, the capital of a country that for centuries nourished hegemonic ambitions on the Slavic states neighboring European Russia (Belarus and Ukraine) and, above all, has operated in recent years in favor of an aggressive policy towards the Russian administration, in perfect harmony with the policy guidelines U.S. foreign.

In mid-February, during a visit to Georgia, the U.S. State Department spokesman, Robert Wood, albeit with less aggressive tone than those that characterized the Bush era, when asked to advise on a possible change of the attitude Obama's new administration towards the accession of Georgia and Ukraine to NATO, said that the United States "are still engaged in improving and strengthening NATO's relations" with the two countries. He concluded: "as far as I know, there has been no change in position relative to the Bucharest Declaration (of NATO leaders in April 2008) it is clear that these two countries will be members of NATO. "

Another sign that the maneuvers aimed at integrating Ukraine into NATO is not coming under deceleration from recent visit (February 21) of the Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Volodymyr Handogyi in Romania for consultations on how to facilitate access to 'Atlantic Alliance and the development agenda of commitments regarding the implementation of decisions taken at the summit in Bucharest's accession to Kiev.

Another example is the ratification, on February 18 by the Ukrainian Parliament of the "additional protocol" to the "Memorandum of Understanding" signed by the government and NATO, which includes the installation of a "Centre of Information and Documentation NATO and the deployment throughout the country liaison officers of the military bloc.

"If Ukraine will continue to faithfully fulfill the obligations for all member countries of NATO, while continuing to be out by the alliance" - concludes the analysis of Pirozhenko - "At the end, the European partners (reluctant) of the United States are convinced that Ukraine will be admitted without complying with the procedures normally required, but merely legitimizing the status quo."

Waking Up With Bruises On Legs

national mobilization against military bases and anti-war permanent

March 14 in Naples

We live in a time of global crisis fueled by the permanent war that is an expression of militarism and war policies of Western countries, the United States, European Union, but also of successive Italian governments over the past years.

Portaerei, cacciabombardieri, sottomarini, aerei, elicotteri, missiles, bombs, chemical trails, death machines of all kinds can be passed and stationed military installations in releasing radioactivity that contaminates the marine ecosystem, with repercussions on the latest ecological food chain.

We said no to Dal Molin, and will continue to say it, but the same goes for the rest of the Italian territory, now covered with bases and frontline of the global war.

Why Naples?

Naples is a city overrun with military facilities, and a major port to support the conflicts in the Middle East and now the headquarters of Africom's: here he moved to the command of the entire U.S. Navy, for control of Europe, Asia (Middle Oriente) e Africa.

No to War - No to NATO

60 years is too much - this is the unifying point among the participants from the anti-globalization and peace movements, political parties and political organizations of the left, trade unions and student groups. They are all opposed to the war policy of NATO, are against the ongoing wars in Afghanistan and the Middle East, counter to the strategy of intervention and repeated forcefully their "No to NATO". They refuse to accept ties with NATO and European Union calling for a drastic reduction in military spending, "we do not want to pay for your crisis, not for your wars."
1. international field of strength 1 to 5 April in Strasbourg, Kehl and information points in Baden-Baden; 2. demonstration and civil disobedience actions on April 3 in Baden-Baden at the meeting of Foreign Ministers and the gala dinner of the Heads of State; 3. international conference in Strasbourg on 3 and 5 April with plenary sessions, working groups and a "Peace Assembly" conclusive;
4. highlight will be the international event "No to war! No to NATO "to be held in the center of Strasbourg on April 4;
5. on April 4, in Strasbourg, several organizations are planning civil disobedience actions.

Despite the Strasbourg authorities have announced that they will not allow the non-violent demonstrations in the city center, the participants reaffirmed the fundamental democratic right of assembly, expression and freedom of expression. They stressed that their protest and express their demand for freedom, in the city center. They have approved an international campaign of protest for a free Strasbourg, a city of peace and democracy. To support the delegation for negotiations, the International Coordination Committee set up a group of international support and a support group.

basic democratic rights can be defended on the strength of extra-parliamentary movements and international parliamentarians to the European Union.

The following appeal was endorsed by conference participants.

Appeal to support the democratic right to protest against NATO in the historical center of Strasbourg on April 4

NATO will celebrate its 60th anniversary in Strasbourg in the presence of Heads of State, including the new President of United States. The petitioners reject

Rifiutiamo:

- l’intervento militare della NATO in Afghanistan;

- la logica di guerra e iper-armamento, in particolare l’armamento nucleare praticato dalla NATO;

These are the requests made to the prefecture, which has refused the Committee's proposal to demonstrate against NATO in the historical center of Strasbourg on April 4.

The holding of the NATO summit in Strasbourg will be a fortress, this is not right or its citizens or for the thousands of peaceful demonstrators from around the world.
This bridging of Heads of State in the historical center of Strasbourg and its surroundings, it will mean for its inhabitants, the inability to maintain their daily lives, not to have freedom of movement, all this is intolerable for us and prevents us from making known the true face of NATO. While citizens will pay and the glorification of the NATO summit, those who disagree will be marginalized.

The mobilization against the summit of NATO is playing worldwide with great success. On April 4, citizens of the world will come to Strasbourg to express, in a spirit of nonviolence, their "desire for peace" and their "No to NATO".

Our mobilization calls for the redistribution of financial resources, moving from war to a policy that addresses the challenges che devono affrontare i popoli del pianeta in campo sociale, economico, democratico e ambientale.

La Conferenza ha significato un passo importante in the construction of the international mobilization against the NATO summit and the 60th anniversary, the mobilization began six months ago with the international appeal of Stuttgart. Many forces from around the world are converging to express their desire for a more just and peaceful world. From April 1 to 5, Strasbourg do a capital of peace!

Why Not Simply Abolish NATO?

AUTHOR: Rodrigue TREMBLAY

Tom Daschle, ex leader di maggioranza Senate and advisor to Senator Barack Obama (August 17, 2008)

"Of all the enemies of public liberty war is perhaps the most dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of all others."
James Madison (1751-1836), fourth U.S. president

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is a relic of the Cold War. It was incorporated on April 4, 1949 as a defensive alliance of Western European countries with Canada and the United States to protect those countries from the encroachments of the Soviet Union.

Since 1991, however, the Soviet empire with longer exists and Russia has been cooperating economically with Western European countries by providing them with gas, oil and all types of raw materials. This has increased European economic interdependence and thus reduced the need for such a defensive military alliance above and beyond the military systems of self-defense individual European countries.

But the U.S. government does not see it that way. Prefer to retain its role as protector of Europe and haughtiness of the sole superpower in the world. In this sense, NATO is a tool that is well suited for this purpose. But perhaps the world should worry about who goes around the planet with a can of oil in one hand and a box of matches in, pretending to sell fire insurance.

Right now, it is a fact that the government and the nomenklatura of Foreign Affairs of the United States sees NATO as an important intervention tool of American foreign policy in the world. Because in practice many U.S. politicians do not support more the United Nations as the supreme international body dedicated to maintaining world peace, a NATO controlled by the United States is in their eyes a more attractive substitute for the UN to provide a legal cover to their otherwise illegal offensive military undertaken around the world. They prefer full control of an organization such as NATO, even if an institution has become redundant, rather than having to compromise with the United Nations, where the U.S. has still one of the five vetoes on the Security Council.

This is the iron logic behind the purpose of reorganization, reorientation and expansion of NATO to transform it into a flexible policy American foreign. It is another demonstration that redundant institutions have a life of its own. In fact, when the purpose for which they were originally created no longer exists new purposes are invented to make it go forward.

Regarding NATO, the plan is to enlarge and transform it into a political-military offensive against the imperial and the rest of the world dominated by the United States. According to this plan, NATO would expand into Central and Eastern Europe to include not only former Warsaw Pact members (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania and Hungary) and many of the ex-Soviet republics ( Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia and Ukraine), but anche in Asia a includere il Giappone, l'Australia, la Nuova Zelanda, la Corea del Sud e forse anche in Medio Oriente per ammettere Israele.

It is not only an idea actively promoted by the neocon Bush-Cheney, but also by the neoconservative advisers to both 2008 American presidential candidates, John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama. In fact, both candidates enthusiastically support the military intervention, and this is mainly because their advisers are from the same neo-conservative environment.
For example, the precipitation with which the Bush-Cheney recklessly promised NATO membership to former Soviet republic of Georgia and have provided support and military supplies is a good example of how NATO is viewed in Washington both major political parties americani. For example, both candidates probably would support the elimination of the clause "no first strike" from the NATO convention. You can rest assured that with either the White House, the world would be less rule-based and less secure, and certainly not better than it was under the unrestrained Bush-Cheney administration.
However, it is difficult to see how this new offensive role for NATO would be in the interests of European countries or Canada. Western Europe in particular has everything to fear from a return to Cold War with Russia and perhaps China. The transformation of NATO from North Atlantic defensive military organization to organization United States-led military offensive will have profound international geopolitical consequences around the world, but particularly in Europe. Europe has a strong economic attraction for Russia. So why embark upon the aggressive policy of the Bush-Cheney, based sull'accerchiamento Russia's military through the expansion of NATO up to Russia's borders and the installation of a missile shield right there beside her? Would not it be better for Europe to develop harmonious economic and political relations with Russia? Why prepare the next war?

As for Canada, under the neocon minority Harper government the country has become a de facto American colony in foreign policy, and this without there having been no debate or referendum. The last thing Canada needs is to continue on that mined road.

In conclusion, it would seem that the humanist idea that sees peace, free trade and international law bases of world order is set aside in favor of a return to great power politics and gunboat diplomacy. So you go back a hundred years.

It is a shame.
